We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom merchandise. Please double-check sizes, spelling, and all details before submitting payment. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2–3 business days of delivery so we can review and correct the issue. Reports outside this timeframe may not qualify for replacement.
